Caution Flooding Ahead

My home backs up to the Atlantic Ocean.
Early this afternoon was a real challenge with 8' waves so close to home.
I really lucked thanks to the dunes.
Walking throughout my neighborhood I saw so many flooded streets.
Be thankful for what you have...
One never knows.

Okay - This is what you deal with when your home backs up the Atlantic Ocean.
Filling sandbags, boarding up windows and praying the water doesn't come any closer.
Past day or so I've been tracking this storm.
As of this moment - Flooding is beginning in and around Atlantic City
So far so good.

I just heard about the following yesterday. Another film being shot in Atlantic City.
For those Halle Berry fans - here you go!
I cut and paste this from a Philly paper this morning. Hope it comes through word for word.
Halle Berry is filming her directorial debut ‘Bruised’ in Atlantic City
Halle Berry’s directorial debut Bruised will bring the Oscar-winning actress to Atlantic City for filming this week.
Announced last year, the project stars Berry as a disgraced MMA fighter named Jackie Justice, according to a report from Deadline. In the film, Berry’s character reconnects with her estranged Manny, 6, and faces off against a rising MMA star while finding her identity as a mother and regaining her place in the world of professional fighting. Production was initially supposed to begin in March.
The HQ2 Nightclub at Atlantic City’s Ocean Casino Resort hosted an open casting for Bruised last week, where filmmakers scouted extras and actors for parts including a referee, fight host, and security guard.

It's the little things in life that could really make me smile.
For example...
Turning on JAPANESEGIRLSWINGER.COM, getting into the Blog section and seeing myself in the Actively Watched Blogs section.
It doesn't happen often. But when it does I smile
...and a whole different subject.
I decided to build a new Music Production Studio in my home just for me.
My goal is to have it done before 2020.
So today I ran to the Guitar Center and bought a new Crown Power Amp.
Just because I want to Be Heard.

It's been raining a few hours now in AC.
Temps are dropping ...and now checking the weather on my phone,
it looks like the rain will change snow shortly.

Very important ...Even though JAPANESEGIRLSWINGER.COM is more-or-less a sexual networking site. I'm only interested in having a serious relationship. I do not sleep around and I keep my sexual activities with whom I'm in love with behind closed doors.
Over the years I have lived as both genders and out in the public eye. Years back (for many years) I was involved with organizing Capital Pride week and also doing many video PSA's for the HRC in Washington, DC. At this stage of my life I would also consider SRS surgery for the right gentleman.
Throughout my life: I've lived in NJ, NYC, MD & VA. As I get older I'm not really fond of the colder weather anymore. I'm slowly looking into moving to a warmer area. I've always been fond of the Outer Banks, NC. I spent many years of vacations in Southern Shores of the OBX.
Also looking into the Myrtle Beach area of SC. This area I don't know well at all.
In closing - I am in search of my future BF / Soulmate / Life Partner

At one time I was very much involved in the music industry.
Spending many years working at various Recording Studios in the NJ, NYC, and DC area.
Along with playing some clubs until 2010.
I'm talking late 70s, all of the 80s and some of the 90s regarding my studio days.
In the 90s I left audio for video.
Now somehow - I find myself watching a concert a few nights a week from back in the day.
