 Here, near Chicago, we have had too much rain, too. We got the lawn cut again last night (2 acres), but there are spots that are so wet, we can't drive the mower through without damaging the lawn. Ughhhh... You will LOVE being an empty nester. Congrats!

Thankfully I don't have to mow the lawns around here, though the Yard Crew that does hasn't been by in a few weeks and it's looking a might shabby out there.

Oh Yeah I'm sure I will like being an empty nester, been one before a couple of times but my youngest bird keeps flying back home.
